The competition, jointly sponsored by Kar Bhala Soch Bhala (First Do No Harm) Producer Crown Communication and the SP Foundation was open to all self-reported migraine sufferers, who were asked, according to the conditions of entry, "to draw, paint or illustrate their own impressions of any form of the pain associated with a migraine attack, the effect migraine has on their lives". 550 pictures were entered from all over India. The ten finalists who attended the final round of competition on 18th of April, 2007 were given a pep up talk by Shamshad Hussain our Artist judge and then he gave all of them different topics to paint on. Our another Judge famous Neurosurgeon Dr Vijay Sheel Kumar visited and met the finalist in the afternoon. The artist who belonged to different parts of India gave their utmost output in the painting. After seeing the overwhelming response and spirit of the artists the Judges decided to divide the Prize Money of Rupee One Lakh into Rs. 51,000(1st) , Rs. 31,000(2nd) Rs. 11,000(3rd) & Rs 1100 each to rest of the participants.
